Every year we will collect all the Instagram tags for each design of our kits and charts in one place, so that we can admire the works on them together, and at the same time give you a chance to try your luck in the annual prize drawing.
We are summing up the results of our large-scale "Something Owlish" SAL. Hundreds of owlish designs, in different senses of the word, have been cross-stitched by our participants. Everyone has already won, since the finished works will settle in our homes and will delight our eyes.
Below is the lists of the finalists who managed to complete their work/works within the SAL. Since we are summing up the results a bit later than we intended, we included in the lists those who posted the finished works till November 17. Please check the lists, look for yourself, if you are not on the lists, but you have finished your work and posted it before November 17, please write to us to store@owlforest.ru . Check the spelling of the tag #Something_Owlish_Finished in your Instagram posts. Among all the finalists, our competent and impartial owl jury will choose the winners.

Unexpectedly long May holidays will be in Russia this year.
We decided to take this chance and have a good rest. In the period from May 1 to May 10, the OwlForest online store will work only for accepting orders, all employees will be on vacation, we will not respond to messages, we will not process orders, we will gain strength in all available ways. ?
The last shipment of orders before the holidays has been today, on Friday April 30th. The first shipment after the holidays will be on Friday May 14th. We will have three days to confirm all orders, respond to messages that will have accumulated over the weekend, and prepare orders for shipment.
What will we do during the holidays? Three of our old friends owls show our plans, they were drawn two years ago, but their actions are still relevant for us ??? The only exception to the vacation plans will be the release of the second part of Alice in Wonderland on May 7.
The prize draw will take place on February 28 at 12:00 Moscow time. We will give away 30 coupons with a discount of 1000 rubles for the purchase of goods in our online store.

? On the eve of the last month of summer, we suddenly realize that summer is passing, and we are still working and cannot stop. Our postal owls go on vacation from 3 to 12 August. We need to accumulate resources before the new embroidery season ?
? During this period, we will continue to accept orders on the site, the first shipment after our vacation will take place on Friday 14 August.
? During the holidays we will try to rest more and work less, please don’t worry if our response to your messages will be late. Orders can be placed, the website remains operational. Paid orders will go straight to the assembly operation. We will answer all messages after the start of work.

Dear friends, we have been waiting a long time for the opportunity to resume shipping around the world.
Good news is that orders stuck since March began to arrive to the owners, it turned out that to many directions they were sent by sea containers. Certainly it took a very long time, and we are very glad that after four months we can track the movement of these orders through the destination countries. The most problematic areas for the delivery were the United States of America, Canada, all of Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. Most of the orders to these countries should be completed soon.
We asked the representatives of the Russian Post service for information on the prospects for delivery to different regions of the world for the near future and received recommendations, on the basis of which we open the possibility of sending orders to a limited list of countries with which there is currently a confirmed postal exchange. Some of the countries I mentioned above still have no ways to be shipped to them, we will monitor the situation every two weeks and add them to the list as soon as possible.

Please note that we still cannot guarantee shipment time limits. Delivery routes have not yet been fully restored and may change depending on the situation. If earlier we talked about two months, as the maximum delivery time, after which we could send your order again or return the money, now we are increasing this period to 4 months. We ask you to determine for yourself the acceptable waiting period and refrain from placing urgent orders until the restoration of stable air service.
